Who is Vera?
She joined the team in 2026. She answers WhatsApp and Telegram during extended hours — often quicker than you’d expect — and she keeps track of every conversation, so nothing slips through the cracks.
What does she do?
- •Answers questions at 2 AM (when you're worrying and can't sleep)
- •Handles scheduling chaos ("Can we switch days this week?")
- •Manages documentation (forms, updates, records)
- •Routes complex questions to humans (she knows when to escalate)
Why did we hire her?
