Leadership Update
RBW & RB3 & RB5 — March 2026
Dear families and team,
We are entering a new chapter at Teddy Kids. After a good conversation with the RBW Parents Committee — Marc, Kim and Barbara — we have agreed to be more proactive on interim updates, even when they are still in the works!
Want to get in touch with the parent committee? You can find them at the location during drop-off and pick-up, or simply ask your location head — they will connect you right away.
Here is exactly what is happening, who is doing what, and how we are moving forward.

This structure gives every location a clear point of contact. All questions go via your location heads — they decide if they can handle it or need to escalate to the management team.
Your Leadership Team
Meral is going on maternity leave in the next few weeks and is working everybody in! Artem, Antonella, Svetlana, Marilia and Zina are your Leadership team — each with their own specialty.
About Sofia: As you know, Sofia has been unavailable for the last few weeks. For the foreseeable future she will not be returning. You are welcome to wish her well if you have her personal number.
What We're Working On
Teacher updates & changes
Every morning, you know exactly who is with your child. We are building a live overview on the website per group and location, so you can always see exactly which teachers are on the floor that day. Any teacher changes will be communicated to you right away — no surprises.

Every new child that joins Teddy Kids goes through a structured 10-day settling-in period with clear readiness criteria. This means your child gets the time and attention they need to feel safe and comfortable — and our teachers can give them that focus without rushing. Happier children, happier teachers, and a more pleasant environment for everyone.
Email response times
Antonella is back and our location heads are also stepping in to help with communication! This means faster response times on emails and messages. Our goal: no question unanswered for more than one working day.
Parent committee
Marc, Kim, and Barbara are in direct contact with us and meet with us regularly. If you have questions, concerns, or ideas — you are always welcome to reach out to them via the WhatsApp group.
Reduced phones on the group
We are limiting phone use on the group floor. Teachers will have two dedicated phone moments per day — for messages, day reviews, and updates. The rest of the time, their full attention is on your children. For emergencies, your location head is always reachable directly. For little ones under 1, we have an adjusted plan to make sure you still get the updates you need.
